Working with Resolve

Let’s plan around everyday life.

Tell us how you use your home as well as what your builder needs to reach.

Share your address, photographs and the work being carried out. Let us know about narrow side access, shared boundaries, conservatories or entrances you need to use, so these can be discussed before the scaffold is arranged.

We’ll talk through the access required and your expected dates. Keep us informed if the work takes longer or a trade needs different access, so changes to the hire period or scaffold can be discussed.

Talk through your requirements

Before you enquire

Residential Scaffolding FAQs.

Practical details to help you plan your enquiry.

Contact us about access for extensions, external repairs, painting, brickwork and roof-related work. Describe what your trades need to reach so we can discuss a suitable scope for your property.

Let us know if the property will be occupied and which entrances you need to use. Installation arrangements and any temporary access restrictions should be discussed with the team before work starts.

Send photographs of the approach and the area around the property. Mention gates, steps, fragile surfaces and neighbouring boundaries so access and any constraints can be considered.

Either is fine. If you enquire directly, share your builder’s access requirements and programme. Clear information about the work helps everyone agree what is needed.

Contact the team to discuss dismantling once the trades have finished using the scaffold. If your dates change, let us know so the hire period and collection arrangements can be reviewed.
